MGM REWARDS ICONIC CREDIT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As used in these MGM Rewards Iconic Credit Card Terms and Conditions, the words “you” and “your” refer to the owner(s) (primary and secondary credit card cardholder) of your credit card account (the “Account”) enrolled in the MGM RewardsTM  Iconic World Elite Mastercard® Credit Card Rewards Program described in the MGM REWARDSTM ICONIC WORLD ELITE MASTERCARD® CREDIT CARD REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (respectively, the “Credit Card Rewards Program” and “Credit Card Rewards Program Term and Conditions”). First National Bank of Omaha (referred to herein as “FNBO”), is the issuer of the credit card account(s) and the sponsor of the Credit Card Rewards Program. You can earn Credit Card Rewards Program points (“Points”) in the Credit Card Rewards Program as described in the Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Pursuant to the Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, certain rewards and benefits associated with the Credit Card Rewards Program will be provided by MGM Resorts International Operations, Inc. (herein referred to as “we”, “us, “our” and “MGM Resorts”).  Such benefits and rewards will be subject to the Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, the MGM Rewards Program Rules (defined below) and these MGM Rewards Iconic Card Terms and Conditions.

You are not eligible to receive an introductory bonus offer (e.g., benefits or rewards) if you have or previously obtained or if you have received an introductory bonus offer on any MGM Rewards Mastercard within the last twelve (12) months.  If we determine that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or unfair activity in connection with this offer in any way or that you intend to do so, including if you return purchases you made to qualify for a welcome bonus or a bonus/benefit, or you have a history of cancelling or downgrading accounts within the first year, and you downgrade your account within the first year, we may not credit, we may freeze, and/or we may deduct MGM Mastercard Points or MGM Rewards Points from your MGM Rewards account. We may also cancel any MGM Rewards accounts you have with us.

MGM REWARDS PROGRAM: Participants in the MGM Rewards Program must be at least 21 years old. You can earn MGM Mastercard Points, MGM Rewards Points, Tier Credits, and other rewards and benefits by establishing a valid MGM Rewards Program membership account (“MGM Rewards Program account”). MGM Resorts is solely responsible for the rules and administration of the MGM Rewards Program (including eligibility for membership), which is governed by separate terms and conditions (the “MGM Rewards Program Rules”) found at www.mgmrewards.com. MGM Mastercard Points, Tier Credits, and other rewards and benefits earned are redeemable only through the MGM Rewards Program.

In connection with the Credit Card Rewards Program, the MGM Rewards Program may, at MGM Resorts’ sole discretion, offer additional or promotional opportunities to earn a greater number of MGM Mastercard Points or other MGM Rewards Program benefits in connection with certain purchases or promotions. There may be a limit to the number of MGM Mastercard Points or other MGM Rewards Program benefits that can be earned in connection with such purchases or promotions, and certain exclusions, and limitations on redemption, may apply, as determined by MGM Resorts, and promotional MGM Mastercard Points and other MGM Rewards Program benefits may have a limited redemption period.

RESORT CREDIT

$200 Resort Credit:

Earn a $200 Resort Credit (“Resort Credit Benefit”) upon your enrollment to the Credit Card Rewards Program and on each anniversary of the enrollment date thereafter. Please allow up to 8 weeks from your enrollment/anniversary date for the $200 Resort Credit Benefit to be available and ready for you to redeem it. To receive the Resort Credit Benefit, the credit card account must be open and the primary cardholder must be enrolled in the Credit Card Rewards Program and MGM Rewards Program.

The Resort Credit Benefit will appear as a $200 Iconic Resort Credit Benefit on your MGM Rewards account. To redeem the Resort Credit Benefit, the qualifying primary cardholder must be checked in as a hotel guest at a participating MGM Resorts Destination. The primary cardholder must then visit the hotel’s MGM Rewards Desk and request to redeem the Resort Credit Benefit. Once redeemed, the Resort Credit Benefit will be applied to the primary cardholder’s MGM Rewards account as 20,000 MGM Rewards points.

The initial Resort Credit Benefit must be redeemed within 12 months of the primary cardholder’s initial enrollment, and each subsequent year’s Resort Credit Benefit must be redeemed within 12 months of the enrollment date anniversary thereafter that the primary cardholder is eligible for the benefit. If not redeemed within these time frames, the Resort Credit Benefit for that year will be forfeited.

The earned Resort Credit Benefit is awarded to the primary cardholder only and cannot be redeemed by a linked account or authorized user. Such benefits and rewards will be subject to the MGM Rewards Program Rules and these MGM Rewards Iconic Credit Card Terms and Conditions.  MGM Resorts reserves the right to terminate this offer in its sole discretion.

The credit card account will generally have monthly billing cycles (whether or not you receive a billing statement for the month). However, your first billing cycle will begin on the day you open your credit card account and may be more or less than one month.

BONUS EARNINGS

Iconic Complimentary Night Benefit:

Earn an Iconic Complimentary Night (“Complimentary Night Benefit”) after spending $25,000 on Net Purchases (as defined in the Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions) annually during the Qualification Period, (as defined in the Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions) on your MGM Rewards Iconic World Elite Mastercard®. Please allow up to 8 weeks for the Complimentary Night Benefit to be available and ready for the primary cardholder to redeem it. To receive the Complimentary Night Benefit, the credit card account must be open and the primary cardholder must be enrolled in the Credit Card Rewards Program and MGM Rewards Program.

The Complimentary Night Benefit will appear as a $250 Iconic Free Night Bonus Benefit on the primary cardholder’s MGM Rewards account.  To redeem the Complimentary Night Benefit, the qualifying primary cardholder must be checked in as a hotel guest at a participating MGM Resorts Destination. The primary cardholder must then visit the hotel’s MGM Rewards Desk and request to redeem the Complimentary Night Benefit. Once redeemed, the Complimentary Night Benefit will be applied to the primary cardholder’s MGM Rewards account as 25,000 MGM Rewards points.

The Complimentary Night Benefit must be redeemed within 12 months of earning the Complimentary Night Benefit or the Complimentary Night Benefit will be forfeited.

The Complimentary Night Benefit is awarded to the primary cardholder only and cannot be redeemed by a linked account or authorized user. Such benefits and rewards are subject to the Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, the MGM Rewards Program Rules, and these MGM Rewards Iconic Credit Card Terms and Conditions. MGM Resorts reserves the right to terminate this offer in its sole discretion.

10,000 Tier Credit Bonus: 

In addition to the above, earn 10,000 Tier Credits (“Tier Credits Bonus”) after spending $25,000 on Net Purchases (as defined in the Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions) annually during the Qualification Period, (as defined in the Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions) on your MGM Rewards Iconic World Elite Mastercard®.  

If earned, the Tier Credit Bonus will be applied to the primary cardholder’s MGM Rewards account within 8 weeks from the end of the Qualification Period in which it was earned. To receive the Tier Credit Bonus, your credit card account must be open and the primary cardholder must be enrolled in the Credit Card Rewards Program and MGM Rewards Program.

Your credit card account will generally have monthly billing cycles (whether or not you receive a billing statement for the month). However, your first billing cycle will begin on the day you open your credit card account and may be more or less than one month.

MGM REWARDS POINTS AND TIER CREDITS: The Account must be open and your enrollment in the Credit Card Rewards Program must not be suspended in order for Points to be reported to the MGM Rewards Program. Points earned in the Credit Card Rewards Program will be reported by FNBO each month to MGM Rewards Program. MGM Resorts will make the corresponding number of MGM Mastercard Points available in your MGM Rewards Program account based on the number of Points reported from the Credit Card Rewards Program. In addition, MGM Resorts will award you 1 Tier Credit for each Point earned on all Net Purchases, unless subject to some other promotional offer.

TIER MEMBERSHIP AT PEARL STATUS: Unless you were already at a higher MGM Rewards tier, your MGM Rewards tier was automatically set at Pearl when your Account was issued. Please note, however, that it can take up to 14 days after the Account is opened for the benefits associated with Pearl to be reflected on the MGM Rewards Program account. While you may still advance your MGM Rewards tier based on the number of Tier Credits you earn, your MGM Rewards tier will remain at least Pearl as long as the Account remains open and in good standing. Once your Account is closed, however, your MGM Rewards tier will be based solely on the terms and conditions of the MGM Rewards Program and will no longer be set automatically at Pearl.

REWARDS AND REDEMPTION: All terms and conditions pertaining to the MGM Rewards Program will apply. MGM Resorts is solely responsible for redemption and for all other aspects of the MGM Rewards Program. You can redeem your MGM Mastercard Points by visiting an MGM Rewards Desk. MGM Resorts may impose additional conditions, restrictions, and limitations on redemption and/or expiration of MGM Mastercard Points and Tier Credits, all of which are subject to change in the sole discretion of MGM Resorts.

MGM MASTERCARD POINT AND TIER CREDIT DISCREPANCIES: If you think there is a discrepancy in the number of MGM Mastercard Points or Tier Credits earned through the Credit Card Rewards Program, you must notify us within 60 days of the date of the first Account billing statement showing the discrepancy.

CHANGES: We reserve the right to change these MGM Rewards Iconic Credit Card Terms and Conditions at any time and to limit, modify, delete, or otherwise change any aspect of the MGM Rewards Iconic Credit Card Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice except where required by law. Changes may have a retroactive effect.

SUSPENSION; TERMINATION: At any time, with or without cause or advance notice (except where required by law), we may suspend the participation, or terminate the enrollment, of any participant.

OTHER TERMS: The MGM Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law. All interpretations of these MGM Rewards Iconic Credit Card Terms and Conditions, all determinations of discrepancies related to MGM Mastercard Points, Tier Credits and other benefits and rewards associated with these MGM Rewards Iconic Credit Card Terms and Conditions, and the resolution of all other disputes shall be at our sole discretion, and our decisions will be final. We are not responsible for problems beyond our control, including, but not limited to, communications or computer systems failures, war, or acts of God. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. By participating in, or claiming or accepting any MGM Mastercard Points, Tier Credits  or other benefits or rewards associated with the Credit Card Rewards Program, you consent to be bound by all of the MGM Rewards Iconic Credit card Terms and Conditions stated herein and you agree to release us, FNBO, and each of our respective affiliates from any claim or liability relating to the Credit Card Rewards Program, the MGM Rewards Program, or your use of any reward or benefit received. Further, you agree to these MGM Rewards Iconic Credit Card Terms and Conditions by continued enrollment in the Credit Card Rewards Program. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Nevada law (excluding conflicts of law principles).
