TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All experiences for the concert on December 7 must be booked by booked by November 22. All experiences require a two-night minimum length of stay. Additional nights (either before or after required stay nights) may be booked at prevailing rates. All stays must include the date of the concert and may not check out prior to the concert date. Resort accommodations may be available for up to four guests. If more than two guests in a suite, additional person charges apply.

The experiences’ total price is calculated with ticket price inclusive of LET tax. Experience reservations cannot be modified, are fully prepaid (except for daily resort fees and applicable taxes on such fees) and non-refundable. MGM Rewards Points and/or other comps may not be used for any of these experiences. If cancellation of or change to reservation takes place, guest will forfeit total package charge and all package components. Experiences are based on hotel and ticket availability. We reserve the right to provide a comparable room, ticket type or alternative package component due to unavailability of one or more components of the offered packages. Stage layout is subject to change.

A daily resort fee is included in each listed total package price. The resort fee includes in-room wireless internet access; unlimited local, domestic long distance (the 50 United States and DC) and toll-free calls; airline boarding pass printing; digital newspaper and magazine downloads through PressReader for duration of reservation; access to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME On Demand via in-room television (ARIA, Bellagio and MGM Grand only); and fitness center access for guests 18+. Amenities, such as fitness center access, are subject to availability and guest demand. 

Ultra Lux includes Front row floor tickets to the concert (Stadium Section A3) for two guests at Allegiant Stadium for the December 7 concert. Experiences come with an $800 Food & Beverage credit per stay (per room & inclusive of tax, commemorative credentials & lanyards, a personal concierge, & VIP lounge check-in access, expedited access for a meet & greet opportunity with the NFR “Tie Down Ropers” at MGM Grand. Resort accommodations may be available for up to four guests. If more than two guests in a suite, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional game tickets to your package beyond those included in the Ultra-Lux experience.

Premier includes Premium floor (Stadium Section A1, A3, or A5) or lower bowl (Stadium Section 116, 130, C131) tickets for two guests at Allegiant Stadium for the December 7 concert. Experiences come with an $500 Food & Beverage credit per stay (per room & inclusive of tax, commemorative credentials & lanyards, a personal concierge, & VIP lounge check-in access, expedited access for a meet & greet opportunity with the NFR “Tie Down Ropers” at MGM Grand.

Elevated includes Premium floor (Stadium Section A1, A2, A3, A4, or 15) or lower bowl (Stadium Section C113, C114, C115, C131, C132) tickets for two guests at Allegiant Stadium for the December 7 concert. Digital tickets will be delivered within 24 hours of your arrival via the Raiders+Allegiant Stadium app. The email address provided at the time of booking will need to match the email address used when setting up your account on the app to access your tickets. If such provided email address correlates with an account for a previously purchased ticket for an event at MGM Resorts, guest acknowledges and agrees (i) that the tickets may be sent to the mobile number or email address previously provided for that prior purchase and (ii) that guest still uses and has access to such mobile number and/or such email address.
