TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All experiences must be booked by the following dates (which vary by game date): September 22 & 29 game dates must be booked by August 30; October 13 & 27 game dates must be booked by September 20; November 24, December 16, 22, & January 5 game dates must be booked by November 1. All experiences require a two-night minimum length of stay. Additional nights (either before or after required stay nights) may be booked at prevailing rates. All stays must include an applicable game date listed above and may not check out prior to the game date. Resort accommodations may be available for up to four guests. If more than two guests in a suite, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional game tickets to your package beyond those included in these packages

The experiences’ total price is calculated with ticket price inclusive of LET tax. Experience reservations cannot be modified, are fully prepaid (except for daily resort fees and applicable taxes on such fees) and non-refundable. MGM Rewards Points and/or other comps may not be used for any of these experiences. If cancellation of or change to reservation takes place, guest will forfeit total package charge and all package components. Experiences are based on hotel and ticket availability. We reserve the right to provide a comparable room, ticket type or alternative package component due to unavailability of one or more components of the offered packages.

A daily resort fee is included in each listed total package price. The resort fee includes in-room wireless internet access; unlimited local, domestic long distance (the 50 United States and DC) and toll-free calls; airline boarding pass printing; digital newspaper and magazine downloads through PressReader for duration of reservation; access to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME On Demand via in-room television (ARIA, Bellagio and MGM Grand only); and fitness center access for guests 18+. Amenities, such as fitness center access, are subject to availability and guest demand. 

Ultra Lux package include: Two seats in the lower bowl section of Allegiant stadium (sections 125, 126, 128, 140 or 142 available) for the following football home games: September 22 ,29, October 13, 27, November 24, December 16, 22 or January 5. Experience includes an $500 Food & Beverage Credit per stay (per room & inclusive of tax), access for two guests into our pre-game party at Franklin Lounge (Mandalay Bay), transportation to & from Mandalay Bay and Allegiant Stadium, commemorative credentials & lanyards, a personal concierge, & VIP lounge check-in access.

Premier package includes: Two seats in the mid-bowl section of Allegiant stadium (sections 225, 227, or 248 available) for the following football home games: September 22 ,29, October 13, 27, November 24, December 16, 22 or January 5. Experience includes a $250 Food & Beverage Credit per stay (per room & inclusive of tax), access for two guests into our pre-game party at Franklin Lounge (Mandalay Bay), commemorative credentials & lanyards, and VIP lounge check-in access.

Digital tickets will be delivered within 24 hours of your arrival via the Raiders+Allegiant Stadium app. The email address provided at the time of booking will need to match the email address used when setting up your account on the app to access your tickets. If such provided email address correlates with an account for a previously purchased ticket for an event at MGM Resorts, guest acknowledges and agrees (i) that the tickets may be sent to the mobile number or email address previously provided for that prior purchase and (ii) that guest still uses and has access to such mobile number and/or such email address.
