1. Offers will vary in terms of frequency, ticket types, number of tickets, location, dates, etc. based on member’s Tier Status and spend/gaming activity. Availability of tickets may be limited by capacity or otherwise and are subject to availability. Hotel stay may be required for non-local members. Redemption instructions will be included in offer communication.

2. Applicable daily resort fees will be waived on up to two room reservations per trip when an eligible member books direct, under their name, with MGM Resorts International and his/her eligible MGM Rewards account number is attached to such reservations. To be eligible, must be a member with Gold+ Tier Level status at time of stay. To redeem, the eligible member may be required to visit the Front Desk during their stay to confirm eligibility and request waiver of the daily resort fee (e.g., if member advances to eligible Tier level during stay). Not applicable to reservations associated with convention, trade show and/or group sales unless billed to the qualifying member.

3. One (1) Tier Celebration Credit benefit is valid during the current Tier Status Earning Year to each qualifying Gold, qualifying Platinum or qualifying NOIR member who has earned the minimum Tier Credits associated with reaching the applicable Tier Status (and for NOIR Tier Status, invited to such level during such Tier Status Earning Period) based on spend during such period. Members who receive their Tier Status through a third-party or other partnership tier match program are not eligible for the benefit. Tier Celebration Credit benefit is not awarded based on a member’s Tier Status as of the beginning of the Tier Status Earning Year. A qualifying member who reaches multiple eligible Tier Statuses during a Tier Status Earning Year as described above will receive one such benefit (awarded as MGM Rewards Points) for each such tier reached. Amount of MGM Rewards Points for reaching specific tiers is as follows: $100 MGM Rewards Points for reaching Gold, $200 MGM Rewards Points for reaching Platinum, and $500 for reaching (and invited to) NOIR. Tier Celebration Credit benefit must be redeemed within twelve (12) months after qualifying for the benefit. MGM reserves the right to modify the amount of MGM Rewards Points offered and/or otherwise modify and/or limit quantity/type of items offered all of which may vary based on Tier Status reached and other factors. 4. One (1) Air Travel Credit benefit of up to $600 is offered during the current Tier Status Earning Year to each qualifying Platinum and up to $1,200 for qualifying NOIR member who has, respectively, earned the minimum Tier Credits associated with Platinum Tier Level or who is invited to NOIR Tier Level during such Tier Status Earning Year based on spend during such period. Air travel to/from a MGM Resorts destination located in Las Vegas, Beau Rivage or Borgata, as applicable, must be booked directly by qualifying member and travel must be completed within 12 months after qualifying for the benefit. Air Travel Credit will be reimbursed based solely on the paid ticket price (including upgrades, but excluding luggage/baggage fees, pet fees, in-flight purchases, etc.) of the qualifying member’s ticket and of his/her guest(s) reflected on proof of purchase if all on the same single travel itinerary and in the name of such qualifying member. Air Travel Credit will be awarded in the form of FREEPLAY credit or MGM Rewards Points (or as otherwise determined in MGM’s sole discretion) valid at participating MGM Resorts International destinations in Las Vegas, Beau Rivage and Borgata for one (1) year after issuance. Stay at a Las Vegas MGM Resorts destination, Beau Rivage or Borgata during trip associated with such air travel is required to receive the Air Travel Credit reimbursement. Air Travel Credit may be requested at MGM Rewards desk during such stay. Subject to additional terms and conditions available at mgmrewards.com/benefits. FREEPLAY and MGM Rewards Points are also subject to MGM Rewards Program terms and conditions.

5. One (1) Annual Cruise Benefit is offered during the current Tier Status Earning Year to each qualifying Gold, qualifying Platinum, or qualifying NOIR members (valid for such qualifying member plus one (1) guest and subject to availability) who has earned the minimum Tier Credits associated with Gold Tier Level, Platinum Tier Level, or who is invited to NOIR Tier Level during such Tier Status Earning Year based on spend during such period. Accordingly, a qualifying member who earns the minimum Tier Credits associated with Gold, Platinum, and NOIR Tier Levels (and who is invited to NOIR) during such Tier Status Earning Year is eligible to receive a Gold, Platinum and NOIR Annual Cruise Benefit. Unless otherwise indicated, cruise must be booked during the applicable Tier Status Benefit Year (2/1 – 1/31) for travel completed within three (3) months after such period. Length of cruise will depend upon member’s earned Tier Level status and recent MGM Resorts spend and gaming play. In lieu of using the Annual Cruise Benefit, you can apply the trade-in value towards the purchase of any Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises cruise not listed in the offer, excluding Galapagos and World Cruise segment sailings. Trade-in value cannot be combined with another discount on the same reservation. Trade-in value varies based on offer, which is dependent on Tier Level status and recent MGM Resorts spend and gaming play. Members are responsible for transportation to/from cruise embarkation and final disembarkation locations. 6. Ground roundtrip transportation to and from Empire City Casino will be provided within a 20-mile radius of Empire City Casino but may be restricted to rideshare services.

Room and suite types covered by offer may vary by property, and are determined in management’s sole discretion. Reservations must be booked direct, under the eligible members name, with MGM Resorts International and his/her eligible MGM Rewards account number attached to such reservation. 9. Enhanced room assignments are granted at the discretion of the hotel based on availability at time of arrival. Enhanced rooms are prioritized for the primary member; additional rooms booked by such member are not eligible for this benefit. Enhanced rooms are determined by each hotel as more preferred rooms including those on higher floors, and/or based on view type, room configuration, or other similar features. Enhanced rooms are only within the same room type/category as booked by the member; they are not a price point upgrade to the next room type/category. For example, when booking a standard room, you may be upgraded to a standard room with a strip or fountain view or a standard room on a higher floor, but not a suite or Stay Well room.

10. Self-parking is complimentary for MGM Rewards Members with current level of Pearl, Gold, Platinum and NOIR. Self-parking is also complimentary for current MGM Rewards Mastercard cardholders. All complimentary parking is subject to availability, which may vary by facility location and Tier Status. Valet parking is complimentary for current Gold, Platinum and NOIR MGM Rewards members. All complimentary parking is subject to availability, which may vary by facility location and Tier Status. Registered hotel guests are only subject to the applicable daily rates. Parking fees may be higher during special events. Parking fees are subject to change and parking is subject to availability. MGM Rewards members with Pearl, Gold, Platinum, and NOIR are eligible for complimentary Event Parking, subject to availability, which may vary by facility location and Tier Status, when in effect at MGM Resorts venues. Members will need to have their MGM Rewards card to use their parking benefit.

11. MGM Rewards members must be a Marriott Bonvoy member prior to linking accounts. Members must have active online accounts in both the MGM Rewards and Marriott Bonvoy programs in order to link accounts. MGM Rewards members must complete the account linking process online while signed into their individual account through the MGM Rewards website. MGM Rewards members can only link to one Marriott Bonvoy account. Upon linking, eligible MGM Rewards members will receive the designated tier level status match in the Marriott Bonvoy program. However, if the Marriott Bonvoy account is already a higher tier than the designated status match tier level, the higher Marriott Bonvoy tier will remain.
