General Property
No, MGM is transferring ownership of the Mirage to Hard Rock International. The property will remain open as the Mirage.
The transfer of ownership is expected to occur by December 31st, 2022, pending Nevada regulatory approval.
Yes, all Mirage-related reservations will be honored.
There are no plans to change any of the parking policies currently at The Mirage. Noir and Platinum members will still park for free.
There are no current plans to change the volcano show.

Hotel
Existing reservations remain valid and you’ll receive continual service throughout your stay. We aim to minimize disruption so you can enjoy all that the property and our city have to offer.
Up until the closing of the transaction, please contact Mirage at 1.800.777.6533. After the closing of the transaction, MGM Resorts will no longer have access to modify or cancel reservations for Mirage, instead there will be a phone number provided by Hard Rock for assistance.
All comp reservations will be honored.
Absolutely. You can continue to use your applicable MGM Rewards card for complimentary parking until the closing of the transaction.
After closing of the transaction, guests can use the appropriate check-in queues at the Front Desk.
Yes, you can access your reservation via the MGM Resorts App until the closing of the transaction.
If your reservation was made directly with Mirage or MGM Resorts and subsequently cancelled prior to the closing of the transaction, MGM will refund your deposit. For reservations booked with a third-party or travel agent, please contact them about their refund policies.
You will maintain the benefits of MGM Rewards at Mirage until the closing of the transaction.

You will be able to charge meals at The Mirage to your room at this property only. Meals at other properties cannot be charged to your room at The Mirage.
Loyalty
Use your MGM Rewards card until the closing of the transaction and then begin using your Unity card from Hard Rock.

Your tier status, tier credits and balance will not change. Effective upon the closing of the transaction, you’ll redeem your MGM Rewards points and slot dollars, and continue to enjoy your tier benefits, at any of our other MGM Rewards destinations.
Upon the closing of the transaction, members will no longer be able to earn or redeem points with MGM Rewards partners (Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Southwest Airlines, etc.) for applicable stays at Mirage.
Upon the closing of the transaction, MGM Rewards Mastercard cardholders will earn one point and one credit for every dollar spent at the property but will continue to earn three points and three tier credits per dollar spent at all MGM Rewards destinations. Cardholders can continue to redeem their MGM Mastercard points at all MGM Rewards destinations.
Future offers will be based on your play at each MGM Resorts property.
Yes. Any offer that is booked prior to the transaction closing will be honored.
