Terms & Conditions
- Tier benefits are nontransferable, subject to validation of current MGM Rewards tier and are non-combinable.
- Based on their current MGM Rewards Tier Level, members qualify for Exclusive Stateroom Savings applicable towards the purchase of an Interior stateroom up to a Junior Suite on Royal Caribbean or Concierge Class on Celebrity Cruises only on participating vessels. Each qualified MGM Rewards member is eligible to book a cruise(s), as a qualified member berthed in the stateroom of purchase on select ships excluding Galapagos or World Cruise segment sailings. Discount is combinable with other in-market offers excluding Standard Group, Interline, Travel Agent, Travel Agent Friends & Family, and Net Rates. There shall be no limit on the number of times an MGM Rewards member may utilize this discount offer per Tier Status Benefit Year. Only one discount may be applied per stateroom. Discount is only applicable on the stateroom the qualified member is occupying. Discount must be booked during the applicable Tier Status Benefit Year (2/1 – 1/31) for travel completed within three (3) months after such period.
- The Onboard Credit and Onboard FreePlay benefits are limited to one per qualifying MGM Rewards member per qualifying sailing. Each benefit must be requested at the time of the initial booking and at least ten (10) days prior to the cruise departure date. The Onboard Credit and Onboard FreePlay benefits are only available when sailing onboard a Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises Vessel using MGM Rewards Quarterly Exclusive Cruise Offers, Annual Cruise Benefit, its cruise fare trade-in value, as part of an eligible Group Cruise Program, or eligible Cruise Certificate, and are subject to the MGM Rewards Program Rules available at https://www.mgmresorts.com/en/mgm-rewards/program-rules.html. The Onboard Credit and Onboard FreePlay benefits are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may not be used toward gratuities, taxes, or port fees. MGM Rewards Relationship Benefits are not combinable with any other offer or promotion, including, but not limited to, Standard Group, Interline, Travel Agent, Travel Agent Friends & Family, and Net Rates. All unused Onboard Credit will expire at 10:00 PM on the final night of the cruise. All FreePlay must be used before the final closure of the casino. Casino closure varies based on itinerary.
- One (1) Annual Cruise Benefit is offered during the current Tier Status Earning Year to each qualifying Gold, qualifying Platinum, or qualifying NOIR members (valid for such qualifying member plus one (1) guest and subject to availability) who has earned the minimum Tier Credits associated with Gold Tier Level, Platinum Tier Level, or who is invited to NOIR Tier Level during such Tier Status Earning Year based on spend during such period. Accordingly, a qualifying member who earns the minimum Tier Credits associated with Gold, Platinum, and NOIR Tier Levels (and who is invited to NOIR) during such Tier Status Earning Year is eligible to receive a Gold, Platinum, and NOIR Annual Cruise Benefit. Unless otherwise indicated, cruise must be booked during the applicable Tier Status Benefit Year (2/1 – 1/31) for travel completed within three (3) months after such period. Length of cruise will depend upon member’s earned Tier Level status and recent MGM Resorts spend and gaming play. In lieu of using the Annual Cruise Benefit, you can apply the trade-in value towards the purchase of any Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises cruise not listed in the offer, excluding Galapagos and World Cruise segment sailings. Trade-in value cannot be combined with another discount on the same reservation. Trade-in value varies based on offer, which is dependent on Tier Level status and recent MGM Resorts spend and gaming play. Members are responsible for transportation to/from cruise embarkation and final disembarkation locations. The Onboard Benefits for MGM Rewards members and the Annual Cruise Benefit for Gold, Platinum, and NOIR members are currently only available to residents of the US and Canada. Certain restrictions, taxes, fees and limitations apply.
- The Annual Cruise Benefit is not combinable with any other promotion or offer. Blackout dates may apply. The qualifying member must sail to redeem the Annual Cruise Benefit and Onboard Benefits. The qualifying member must be the primary guest on the reservation. If the qualifying member fails to check in at the pier on time, his/her cruise fare (which is complimentary, but subject to fees and taxes) will be forfeited and any guest(s) who remain booked in that stateroom will be required to pay for the cruise at prevailing rates at the time of embarkation. MGM Rewards members who received their tier status through a third-party or other partnership tier match program are not eligible for the Annual Cruise Benefit. Members must earn the minimum amount of Tier Credits associated with the Tier Level to qualify.
- Royal Caribbean's Crown & Anchor Society and Celebrity Cruises Captain's Club members may receive a reciprocal MGM Rewards membership tier by visiting the MGM Rewards desk with a valid photo ID. Tier match is available by phone or email through MGM Rewards Member Services. Associated tier-level benefits are available at all MGM Rewards destinations Nationwide. Crown & Anchor Society and Captain's Club members that received their MGM Rewards tier status through our partnership Tier Match program are not eligible to receive onboard MGM Rewards benefits.
