TERMS & CONDITIONS

All “All-Inclusive Experience” reservations require a two-night length of stay. A valid credit or debit card and valid government-issued photo identification must be presented upon check-in. At time of booking an “All-Inclusive Experience” reservation, MGM Resorts requires a deposit via credit or debit card of the full reservation price and applicable tax. The full reservation price and applicable tax deposit is fully refundable provided notice of cancellation is received by Room Reservations at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival (and no shows) will result in a partial forfeiture of your deposit in an amount equal to the first night's rate plus applicable lodging tax; the remainder of your deposit will be refunded. If a valid credit or debit card is not presented at the time of attempted check-in and you still would like to stay at the property, your reservation will be modified to the prevailing room rate (not the “All-Inclusive Experience” rate), and the previously booked “All-Inclusive Experience” will be forfeited. Any deposit previously collected will be applied to the updated reservation. Any remaining balance due back at the time of check out will be refunded to the original form of payment used at the time of booking. Per night rate and subtotal package pricing include applicable sales and live entertainment taxes, but exclude applicable lodging taxes on room rate and daily resort fee.

Your meal (food and beverage), show and coaster vouchers will be available at hotel check-in. You may access them through the “Find Your Reservation” feature by logging into the MGM Rewards app. To redeem, please provide your name and room number to the host or server at participating restaurants, a Box Office agent for show tickets, or a rollercoaster attendant.

All inclusions with vouchers must be billed to your room to be redeemed. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the guest and can be paid separately via credit or debit card or at check-out via the card on file. Vouchers can only be redeemed by registered guest identified on the voucher and/or voucher booklet. Vouchers are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, shared, copied or otherwise distributed. Vouchers only valid for period set forth on vouchers and/or voucher booklet (i.e., during package stay dates). Unused vouchers will be forfeited. Vouchers must be presented (and, for a physical voucher, given) to authorized MGM staff at time of use as directed by such staff. Physical vouchers can only be removed from voucher booklet by authorized MGM staff. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required at time of redemption/use of each voucher. Early departures forfeit offer inclusions. Vouchers can be used towards applicable taxes, but cannot be used towards gratuities. Vouchers have no cash value and will only be applied to applicable charges on the room folio at time of check-out.

Meal vouchers are valid only at select and/or designated venues for select menu items only during your stay pursuant to this offer. Outlets and outlet hours of operation are subject to availability and/or closures. Each meal voucher can be used for non-alcoholic beverages and one alcoholic beverage (as available). Alcoholic beverages included in the “All-Inclusive Experience” are limited to select beer or wine. Any additional food and beverage charges will be the responsibility of the guest at check-out and will be applied to the credit or debit card on file. Meal vouchers can be used towards applicable taxes, but cannot be used towards gratuities.

Show ticket vouchers must be redeemed in-person at the Excalibur, Luxor or other MGM Las Vegas property box offices by the registered hotel guest identified on the package reservation. Show, show dates/times and seating location subject to availability and as determined by MGM Resorts International. “All-Inclusive Experience” show tickets include select basic seating categories and do not include premium and VIP seating locations. Tickets are not available for all price categories at all performances, and eligible seating categories will vary by show. Seating availability and location is determined on a first-come first-serve basis and assigned by MGM Resorts International in its sole discretion. Blackout dates may apply. Guests who fail to arrive by the scheduled performance time will be considered a no-show, and tickets will be forfeited without refund or credit.

Daily resort fee and self-parking for one (1) vehicle per reservation at all MGM Las Vegas properties during stay are included in the “All-Inclusive Experience”. For self-parking, guests may scan their hotel key card upon entering and exiting all MGM Las Vegas property parking garages. “Daily resort fee waiver” benefit and “complimentary self-parking” benefit offered to certain MGM Rewards program members are not valid for “All-Inclusive Experience” packages. “Complimentary self-parking” benefit offered to MGM Rewards Mastercard cardholders is not valid for All-Inclusive Experience package as self-parking is part of the “All-Inclusive Experience”.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age with valid government-issued photo identification to check-in at an MGM Resorts International property. Offers are subject to promotional availability; not available to groups or persons attending meetings or conventions. This offer is non-commissionable and non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. MGM Resorts International reserves the right to provide a comparable room, ticket type or alternative package component due to unavailability of one or more components of the offered packages. We are unable to guarantee certain room requests and locations; however, a sincere effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
